What is REGIONLAC?
This year, REGIONLAC invites YMCAs across Latin America and the Caribbean to rethink their social business model together. Over four days, each delegation will work on its own model, whether strengthening an existing one or building a new one, examining every piece of it: who it serves, what it offers, how it delivers that, who it partners with, and how it sustains itself, using a collaborative, hands-on methodology adapted to the realities of the social sector.
We will have specialized sessions led by NAYDO Academy, where fundraising and philanthropy experts will dive deeper into financial sustainability as one key piece of that model. This gathering combines that expert knowledge with a collaborative building process, giving each delegation a solid foundation to begin reshaping its business model, identifying opportunities to develop future partnerships, and an initial roadmap to guide its next steps.
