Stephanie Hoyle is the Director of Communications and Marketing at Laboratoria, an organization dedicated to training and promoting the employment of women in the technology sector. With more than 15 years of experience in marketing and communications, she has worked in digital companies, startups, and consumer goods firms. Her passion for innovation and inclusion has allowed her to lead diverse teams and create campaigns that promote diversity and inclusion. She studied Business Administration at the Universidad del Pacífico and completed an MBA at EADA Business School in Barcelona, where she also teaches Digital Marketing. Stephanie's commitment to social causes is evident through her participation in initiatives such as fundraising for the Peruvian Cancer Foundation.
